ouchie. my brain hurts.

Sadly, I cannot say that my snow day was much fun. It took me awhile to get going this morning, but I finally dug my heels in and got to work around 10:30. And then I worked all day. As in, I just got done about five minutes ago at 10 pm. My brain hurts. But at least it will be less for me to do tomorrow. That gives me a bit more time to attack the ever-growing pile.

I leave next Wednesday to go to my parent's house in Indy for Christmas. On top of the heaps of work I don't want to think about, I still need to finish Christmas shopping, wrap and mail the gifts I do have, start (and finish) Christmas cards, and make cookies for a cookie exchange I'm participating in next Monday at work. Oy! I have a lot to do this weekend. 'Tis the season!

I did watch The Office on TBS tonight. Two things I noticed. 1) The actor who plays Pete on 30 Rock played the guy who took everyone's photos for their security badges in Conflict Resolution. 2) Casino Night is still one of my favorite episodes. The scene where Jim tells Pam he loves her is still amazing. And what can I say? It has Jan. Yay Jan!
