Monday Always Comes Too Soon

I don't really have all that much to say. But I thought I'd post a few highlights of my weekend anyway.

~I slept in until 10 am on Saturday. It was glorious!

~I then spent Saturday bumming around with the roomie. We did a little bit of fun shopping at which time I bought a space heater for my room. It was cold here this weekend. We then went grocery shopping and cleaned the apartment in preparation for our hors d'ouevres party on Saturday night. We also managed to watch the last three episodes of S4 Gilmore Girls. *sigh* There is nothing better in this world than those episodes.

~The hors d'ouevres party was fun!!! Good food and good company. And if I do say so, enigmaticblues and I are darn good hostesses.

~Saturday night, I had a really enjoyable conversation with shannigansx. I always love talking with her, but this particular conversation left me feeling all warm and fuzzy.

~Today was the best kind of lazy day. I went to church, which I always love these days. Then I came home and laid by my space heater all day. Read some fanfic, beta'ed some fanfic, talked to my parents on the phone, ate some leftover hors d'ouevres and even got some work done.

~Oh, and look! I snagged some pretty Hannah/Bright icons (from Everwood). They were made by jillrenay.

So, all in all, a good weekend. Too bad tomorrow's Monday.
